Detectives continuing their investigations into the hit and run of a 24-year-old woman in Alice Springs on October 21 are calling for a person of interest to assist with their enquiries.
Detective Sergeant Mick Schumacher released two comfits (drawn from the observation of two witnesses) of a person who may have information.
“The person is described as male Caucasian about 50 years old. He is over 180cm tall with a heavy build and olive complexion.
“We are asking this person to contact the police.
“Anyone who may recognise this person, or who may have witnessed the incident and have any other information, is urged to contact Police on 131 444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.”
