Pine Gap's new role as a war fighting command centre

These signals are now finely targeted and can even travel from satellite to satellite. But now the facility has become a node in a global network of command centres, says defence expert John Blaxland (pictured), who was at the Developing Northern Australia conference in Alice Springs this week.
