Aboriginal gallery: rushed business case yet immediate start?

Some Open Questions to Tourism Central Australia, whose chairperson Dale McIver (pictured) is clamouring for an immediate start to the National Aboriginal Art Gallery. It will cost the taxpayer at least $50m and some estimate up to $500m, not including operational costs.
